Activities Carried out / Detail Description of the Programme

An Alumni Service-Learning Class was organized by the Department of Chemistry, in collaboration with IQAC, Suren Das College, Hajo, on 16-12-2022. Two of the Alumni from the department viz. Sushmita Das and Nilima Begum (both currently pursuing MSc. in Chemistry at Assam Don Bosco University) delivered lectures and classes on various essential aspects of organic and inorganic chemistry. The Alumni Service-Learning Class program brings out fruitful discussions and interests amongst the currently enrolled students. Such alumni engagement activities will definitely support and contribute significantly to the overall development of the department and the institution.
