Major objectives fruits and vegetable preservation training are----
1) To reduce wastage and losses .
2) The main objectives of fruits and vegetable processing to supply wholesome, safe, nutritions and acceptable food to consumers throughout the year .
3) Turns raw food materials into attractive, marketable products .
4) Provide employment to a large population .
This programme had organized by Philosophy department in collaboration with Jan Sikshan Sansthan Kamrup, under Ministry of skill development , govt. of India .This training was held on 12th September 2019 to 12th October 2019 .
