Major Objectives

The Department has celebrated the National Voter’s Day via Google Meet on 25^th January 2022, from 11 am onwards. Altogether 25 members attended the meeting and all the members took the National Voter’s Day Pledge to promote democratic electoral participation. The speaker of the programme and the HOD of Political Science Department Dr. Ramen Medhi delivered a lecture on “Voting Awareness”. He talked about the importance of voting in a democracy and appealed to the young voters and the students of the college to vote.
