Major Objectives

The Gender Sensitization cell organises a Counselling programme on Mental and physical harassment on 23-12-2021. Mrs. Bharati Medhi, the co-ordinator of the cell explains the objectives of the programme. Dr. Binita Das, resourse person of the programme delivers a lecture on the meaning of sexual harassment, its various forms and the various legal provisions available in India regarding sexual harassment. Mrs. Trisha Rani Das, the second resource person of the programme delivers a lecture on the issue of mental and physical abuse, its impact on the students and the measures to be taken.
