Brief Summary of the Speech of the Resource Person

The speaker first talked about the history of anti-colonial struggle of India and the foundation of Indian nationalism. He talked about how the government took the policy of liberalisation, privatisation and globalisation and lot of populist policies and awards, but at the same time suppressing the voice of people. So, there is always a concern whether these populist schemes can protect the constitutional values or not.
