On November 3rd 2016, an awareness meeting cum free skin check up camp was organised by the IQAC and NSS in collaboration with Ajanta Pharma of Guwahati. Dr. Hiranya Kumar Sarma, Principal of the College, inaugurated the meeting and Dr. Anal Jyoti Bardoloi spoke as resource person. Dr. Bardoloi and his associates offered service in the camp. All the teachers and students attended the meeting and 170 patients received free treatment and medicine. Mr. Rajiv Das, programme officer of NSS, organised the meeting.
