5^th International Day of Yoga was observed by the NSS Unit of Suren Das College, Hajo on 21^st June, 2019 at the College premises with great enthusiasm. The resource person cum demonstrator, Mr. Gautam Das, gave an enlightening and practical lecture on Yoga and Ashanas keeping in mind the significance of the day. The programme included Yoga demonstration, exhibition of Yogic postures and an interactive session in order to enhance information related to rich Yogic tradition of India. Students, NSS volunteers along with a few teachers participated in the programme.
