The cell organised a competition with the title ‘Plant a tree’ on the occasion of World Environment Day (5th June, 2021) with a mass-plantation objective. Students from various colleges actively participated in the event, where they had to plant a sapling, click a selfie with it and send it to us along with a short write-up.

Rejaul Hussain and Manabendra Das of Suren Das College, Hajo, secured the first and second positions respectively, whereas Jaher Ali of Baosi Banikanta Kakoti College, Nagaon, secured the third prize.
