The lecture programme was organized by the IQAC cell in collaboration with Academic Cell on 14^th July, 2020 on the topic “Academic Challenges of Higher Education during COVID-19 Pandemic and Beyond”. The lecture was delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Amarjyoti Choudhury, Honorable Vice-Chancellor, Assam Down Town University. Principal of the college, Dr. Hiranya Kumar Sarma, gave the welcome speech followed by an Introductory Note by Co-ordinator of IQAC, Dr. Ripima Buzarbaruah. The teachers and the students of the college interacted with the hon'ble V.C. on the allied issues. Dr. Ali Akbar Hussain, Asso. Prof. in English gave the vote of thanks.

The Webinar was scheduled from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Dr. Ripima Buzarbaruah, Co-ordinator IQAC, Mr. Biswajit Kalita, Asst. co-ordinator, IQAC were the convenors. Dr. Ali Akbar Hussain, co-ordinator, academic Cell and Mr. Aniruddha Medhi, Assistant professor in English were the joint co-ordinators.

The Lecture programme was conducted through google Meet platform and was moderated by Biswajit kalita, Asst. Professor in English, Suren Das College.
