Cleanliness and Beautification cell

Cleanliness and beautification cell is an important cell of Suren Das College Hajo. The cell have been formed for keeping the campus of the institution clean. 

Chairperson of the cell is Dr. Hiranya Kumar Sarma (principal of Suren Das College Hajo)

Coordinator of the cell is Dr. Binita Das (HoD department of Education).

Joint coordinator of the cell is Rashmeeta Hajowary.

A notice was served among the fourth grade employees of the college for keeping the campus clean.

A cleanliness programme was organized on 17th october, 2022 by the Cleanliness and beautification cell in collaboration with Social service unit of students union. This programme was organized in the college itself and also in the nearby Shatra of Hajo. A lot of students cleaned the whole campus of the college and Shatra and also planted a few plants in both the campus.

On occasion of the college annual week, 2022, a ceanliness programme was held in the Girls common room in guidance by the cleanliness and beautification cell. This programme was organised by gathering all the girls of the college along with the girls common room secretary. They were taught about how to maintain hygiene among themselves. Also, on that day the girls common room was cleaned thoroughly.

Finally students clean the campus of the shatra.

After cleaning the shatra campus students cleaned the college campus and a plantation programme was done by the students   of students union.
